*About the Role*

We are seeking a committed HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to manage HR generalist functions, administration, and recruitment. The candidate should be proactive, flexible, and ready to contribute across multiple HR responsibilities while supporting organizational growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Oversee HR generalist activities including employee engagement, compliance, and administration.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, closing positions).
  • Build and maintain a recruitment database of prospective candidates, especially those located nearby.
  • Develop tie-ups with colleges for internships and campus recruitment.
  • Make 100+ recruitment calls during hiring cycles to ensure timely closures.
  • Support management with any HR or administrative tasks allocated.

*Candidate Requirements*

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR (generalist + recruitment + admin).
  • Excellent and fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong recruitment skills with proven ability to meet hiring targets.
  • Flexible, cooperative, and disciplined approach to work.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to organizational needs.
  • *Ready to start work at 7am* (as we are an Australian business with 6 Hours time difference )

*Salary & Benefits*

  • Competitive salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience).
