  • ecruitment and onboarding: Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to preparing offers and conducting onboarding for new employees.
  • Employee relations and engagement: Handling employee grievances, promoting employee wellness, and implementing programs to boost morale and engagement.
  • Policy and compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance management: Supporting performance appraisal systems and working with management to develop employees and address performance issues.
  • Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, employee benefits, and compensation packages.
  • HR administration: Maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing administrative functions related to human resources.
  • Organizational development: Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall goals.
