- Policy and compliance: Developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and regulations.
- Performance management: Supporting performance appraisal systems and working with management to develop employees and address performance issues.
- Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, employee benefits, and compensation packages.
- HR administration: Maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing administrative functions related to human resources.
- Organizational development: Contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall goals.
