We’re Hiring – HR Department- HR Executive
Location: Village Indrad, Ta. Kadi, Dist. Kadi, Gujarat 382715

Education: B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA, MHRM, MSW
Experience: 1–3 Years
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle payroll, attendance, and employee record management.
• Support compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Implement HR policies aligned with company goals and values.
• Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
