HR Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Posting job vacancies on portals.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinating with department heads for hiring needs.
  • Issuing offer letters and joining formalities.

2. Employee Onboarding

  • Completing new employee documentation.
  • Explaining company policies and rules.
  • Giving induction/orientation to new staff.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Maintaining attendance records.
  • Checking leaves and overtime.
  • Preparing data for monthly salary processing.

4. Employee Relations

  • Resolving employee issues and queries.
  • Maintaining a healthy and positive work environment.
  • Handling complaints and grievances.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintaining employee files and HR databases.
  • Ensuring all HR policies are followed.
  • Supporting audits and HR compliance activities.

6. Training & Development

  • Identifying training needs of employees.
  • Arranging internal/external training programs.
  • Tracking employee performance.

7. Performance Management

  • Conducting performance reviews/appraisals.
  • Supporting managers in setting goals and KPIs.

8. Exit Process

  • Handling resignation and full-and-final settlement.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
