HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with prior experience in IT recruitment and employee management. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Handle employee joining formalities and maintain updated employee records.
• Manage exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding.
• Assist in drafting offer letters, NDAs, and HR documents.
• Maintain discipline, policies, and compliance within the organization.
• Coordinate with management for performance reviews and team updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in an IT company).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel or HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask and handle employee queries effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
