Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment

Job Summary:

The HR Executive – Recruitment will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent to meet organizational needs. The role involves close coordination with department heads, understanding manpower requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection:

  • Understand manpower requirements from various departments.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through databases, job portals, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with departmental heads and management.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

2. Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining kits.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

3. Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment:

  • Support employer branding initiatives and maintain positive candidate engagement.
  • Coordinate campus drives, internship programs, and job fairs as required.

4. MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status reports.
  • Maintain records of candidate interviews, offers, and joining details.

5. Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR / Management).
  • MBA /MCOM in Human Resource Management

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Remuneration:

  • As per industry standards and experience.
