Overview
The HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and selections
- Conduct onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
- Update and maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support across departments
- Support performance evaluation processes and appraisal cycles
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and monthly HR metrics
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures and maintain confidentiality
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Only Preferred by male candidate.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
