HR Executive

• HR Executive will be responsible for various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and talent development.
• Coordination between candidates and management.
• Sourcing and validation through Job Portals, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Preparing Job descriptions for Job vacancies.
• Manage Employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

- having degree of MBA HR or equivalent

- Proven experience in HR field (minimum 1 year)

- Communication and convincing skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
