Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliances
  • Support HR operations and grievance handling
  • Assist management in policy implementation

Desired Candidate:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR with 1–3 years of experience (Hospital industry preferred)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Smart, proactive, and ready to take responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
