Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for COCO outlet roles (e.g., store staff, supervisors, support roles).
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, shortlisting candidates in collaboration with outlet managers.
  • Handle end-to-end onboarding processes including document collection, background verification, and induction.
  • Ensure timely joining and smooth integration of new hires into outlet operations.

Payroll Processing

  • Collect attendance data from COCO outlets for cash-paid employees.
  • Prepare and verify payroll sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Disburse cash payments responsibly in coordination with finance and store leadership.
  • Maintain proper records of cash payments, receipts, and employee acknowledgments.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS or manual registers.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, and HR policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling at outlet level.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies at the outlet level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a retail or field-based role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment practices and payroll basics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to outlets as needed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
