Key responsibilities

  • Payroll processing: Accurately and efficiently process payroll, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for all employees.
  • Record keeping: Maintain and update all employee payroll records, timecards, and other data.
  • Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Prepare and file tax reports and other required documents.
  • Discrepancy resolution: Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies, errors, or employee complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions or concerns regarding their pay, deductions, and benefits.
  • Financial coordination: Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and to prepare reports and journal entries.
  • System maintenance: Keep payroll systems updated and ensure the accuracy of all data inputs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
