The HR Executive at Centrox will be the key representative of the organization. Your responsibilities surround people which are the core of Centrox. During the job you will be responsible for assisting in the management and execution of various human resources functions within the organization. This role involves areas such as team building, culture, performance management, training and development, and HR administration etc. The HR Executive will work closely with the leadership to scale the processes and grow the culture.
Responsibilities:
- Executing the recruitment process with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination.
- Overseeing the employment lifecycle of people at Centrox from Onboarding to Offboarding
- Development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and any specific HR information.
- Assist in building growth paths on each area of expertise to develop people.
- Handle employee queries, leaves and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance management, appraisals and focus sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to processes and organizational growth.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organizing company activities.
- Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Stay updated with best practices and examples across the industry
- Stay updated on laws and regulations, and industry policies to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Spreadsheets and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Hands-on experience Canva, ChatGPT, MidJourney etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
