HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment (85-90%) for a leading Construction company. The role requires strong experience in sourcing and hiring blue-collar talent such as site workers, technicians, supervisors, operators, and other on-site roles. The position is based full-time at our Lonavla location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and support functions (blue-collar & junior-level roles).
• Source candidates through local networks, agencies, job portals, field visits, and referrals.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with site teams and project managers.
• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong local blue-collar talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly hiring status reports.
• Support basic HR operations such as attendance follow-up, documentation, and employee records as required.

Local candidates from Mumbai, Pune willing to relocate to Lonavala are preferred.

Blue Collar Hiring experience is Mandatory
