  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
  • Draft and post job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms
  • Source candidates through databases, job portals, employee referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in salary negotiations when required
  • Coordinate the onboarding process with relevant departments
  • Maintain recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement
  • Ensure all recruitment practices align with company policies and employment laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
