HR Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to handle people processes smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and ID creation
  • Handle exit process: relieving letters, F&F coordination, and clearance
  • Maintain employee personal files and HRMS records accurately

Attendance & HR Operations

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, late marks, and generate weekly/monthly reports
  • Ensure policy adherence and support in policy implementation
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely solutions

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events
  • Conduct feedback sessions and support employee welfare initiatives
  • Maintain a positive work environment through open communication

Compliance & Reporting

  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and monthly HR metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and statutory needs
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and attendance reconciliation

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong in recruitment, reporting, and HR operations
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
