We are looking for a HR and Admin who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and coordinate training programs for employee development.
- Assist in workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

- Strong ethics and reliability
