About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Special You. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and assisting in building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
2.Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement activities (birthdays, work anniversaries, team events).
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Support in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
4. Performance & Training
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
5. HR Projects
- Support HR Manager in implementing new policies, initiatives, and process improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min. 2 years of experience in HR (E-commerce/retail industry experience preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
