Job Responsibilities

• Handle monthly PF and ESIC Challans and ensure timely payment.
• Tagging UAN, creating and tagging ESIC IP, update KYC, manage/support withdrawls, transfer, and various claims.
• Prepare and file PF ECR and mantain all PF- related records.
• Online ESIC file submission.
• Support Employees with PF queries & documentation
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and EPF authorities of compliance matters.
• Assist in PF audits and provide required documents.

Skill Required

• Good Knowledge of PF and ESIC rules and EPF portal.
• In- depth knowledge in excel
• Strong record keeping and attention to detail
• Good Communication and Coordination Skills.
