We are looking for HR cum Admin Executive who can handle both human resource and administrative functions. This includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and maintaining HR records, while also overseeing office administration tasks such as facility management, vendor coordination, and general office operations. The position ensures efficient and seamless day-to-day functioning of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities-
· Support the complete recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and on-boarding.
· Provide necessary data like attendance, leave, and overtime details to assist in payroll processing.
· Keep employee information up to date, such as attendance, leave records, and personal files.
· Contribute to performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
· Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
· Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and security arrangements.
· Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
· Maintain records of company assets, utilities, and administrative expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications-
· Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· 3 - 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
· High level of integrity and confidentiality.
