HR Executive

Position Overview

The HR Officer is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource functions within the educational institute. This includes recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff, employee relations, performance monitoring, record management, compliance, and supporting the overall administrative efficiency of the institution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
