Job Summary:
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Conduct new hire orientation and assist with the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Track and maintain performance evaluation records, ensuring timely feedback to employees.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training & Development:
- Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and training needs across departments.
- Maintain records of completed training and certifications.
- HR Administration & Compliance:
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other employee records.
- Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare:
- Organize employee welfare programs, health initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and provide recommendations to improve overall work culture.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications (e.g., MBA-HR, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
- Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).
