Job Summary:

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Track and maintain performance evaluation records, ensuring timely feedback to employees.
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying skill gaps and training needs across departments.
  • Maintain records of completed training and certifications.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other employee records.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:
  • Organize employee welfare programs, health initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and provide recommendations to improve overall work culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional HR certifications (e.g., MBA-HR, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in India.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
