Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with 2+ years of experience to support a wide range of HR operations, documentation, communication, and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to create structured HR content and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reports Generation: Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and employee data summaries on a regular basis.
  • Policy Documentation & Updates: Draft, review, and update HR policies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper version control.
  • HR Communication Content Development: Create high-quality content for HR communications including emails, newsletters, employee handbook, presentations, announcements, and training materials.
  • Onboarding Support: Prepare onboarding kits, documentation, welcome materials, and standardized communication templates for new hires.
  • Process & SOP Documentation: Design, document, and update HR processes, workflows, SOPs, and process maps to ensure clarity and operational efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR-driven events.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team, maintaining records, documents, and tracking systems.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Handle any other HR-related tasks and assignments as required to support departmental goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HR documentation, or similar roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create structured and engaging HR content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR documentation standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,268.40 - ₹25,515.67 per month
