Key Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll processing with accuracy and coordinate with finance for payroll closure.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and maintain all required registers and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, following up with candidates/consultants, and supporting the onboarding process.
- Manage daily attendance, leaves, and employee records through HRMS, and prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Maintain employee files, update HR databases, and support employee queries promptly.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, policy drafting, and overall HR operations.
- Support exit formalities including documentation and full & final settlement coordination.
