Role Requirements & Responsibilities

✔Building strong recruitment pipelines
✔Expanding sourcing through local groups & communities
✔PR & employer-branding initiatives
✔Manpower forecasting
✔Maintaining candidate databases
✔Campus drives / walk-in hiring
✔Pre-screening & document verification
✔EPFO Aadhaar validation
✔ Daily travel to both school locations
