We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes, onboarding, exits.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, assisting with paperwork.
  • Facilitate the offboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with exposure to HR operations tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Experience in the IT industry
