Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Support end to end recruitment for various departments within the institution.
- Support in coordination and scheduling of interviews.
- Sourcing and managing candidate database as per job requirements.
- Timely updating of Recruitment and database tracker.
- Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT and other teams to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all record management pertaining to Employees
- Personnel Files, communication and other letters during the employee.
- Good Communication and understanding for various job roles.
- Support in the maintenance of all employee databases.
- Facilitate and support employee exit formalities and ensure all clearances are documented.
- Maintaining MIS tracker for Insurance, Recruitment, etc.
- Organize and conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Handle any other HR roles as and when required.
- Weekly once visit to University Campus.
Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
