- Managing end-to-end employment process, including sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding and exit formalities.
- Collaborate with senior managers to determine staffing needs and candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, schedule and conduct initial interviews, conduct background checks and
coordinate with the authority for further evaluation.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline and generate recruitment reports.
- Support onboarding processes such as orientation, documentation, and system setup.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, engagement activities, policy rollouts and supporting day-to-day
HR administrative tasks.
- Proven skills with MS Office operations.
- Proven Minimum Experience in the same field – 6 months or more.
