Job Description:

· 1-2 years of Experience in HR field.

· Recruiting and staffing: sourcing, screening, and hiring new employees.

· Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.

. IT and non IT positions Recruitment.

· onboarding process for new hires, maintaining accurate and up– to-date employee files and records in the HRMS system.

· Handling the orientation of new employees.

· Maintaining employee attendance and leave register.

· Complete payroll process including salary calculations, deductions and disbursements.

· Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

· Handle and file payments for Provident fund(PF),Professional Tax(PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and Gratuity ensuring compliance with current labor laws.

Exit letter/ service Certificates

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).

· Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).

Skills and Requirements

Good Communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to analyse the profiles.

Strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
