key roles:

  • Assist the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless integration of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy compliance.
  • Support HR policy implementation across departments.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and address initial employee queries.
  • Support HR projects such as training & development and performance management initiatives.
  • Draft HR policies and monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR data for accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in the administration and execution of HR procedures and systems.
