  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update HRMS, personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by gathering attendance, overtime, and statutory inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Support performance management processes including appraisal coordination.
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
  • Prepare HR reports such as manpower status, attrition, and recruitment updates.
  • Coordinate training & development programs for staff skill enhancement.
  • Provide administrative support related to HR policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
