Job description:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle job postings, screening, interviews, and joining formalities.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate salary processing.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure healthy communication between staff and management.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain employee records.
  • Performance & Training: Support appraisals, track employee performance, and coordinate training programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to boost morale and workplace culture.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain updated HR files, records, and generate periodic HR reports.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and enforcing company HR policies and procedures.
  • Factory Coordination (if applicable): Oversee worker attendance, discipline, and communication on the shop floor.
  • General Administration: Manage employee IDs, uniforms, and HR correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing or SME preferred).
  • Knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
