Recruitment & Staffing

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Conduct initial interviews and maintain candidate database.

Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.

HR Operations & Attendance

Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Ensure timely payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, salary changes, etc.).

Handle employee documentation, records, and file management.

Manage HR portal/HRMS for attendance, payroll, and reporting.

Employee Relations & Support

Resolve day-to-day employee queries and concerns.

Support grievances handling, disciplinary actions, and warnings.

Conduct employee engagement activities.

Compliance & Policies

Ensure HR policies are followed across departments.

Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) documentation.

Assist in audits related to HR files and processes.

Performance & Reporting

Support performance evaluation cycles and feedback sessions.

Prepare HR reports: hiring status, attendance, attrition, etc.

Share weekly and monthly HR dashboards with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations & recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HRMS/HR portals, Excel, and documentation.

Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
