Goin’ My Way Travels is a growing travel company dedicated to delivering seamless, customized travel experiences for our clients. We pride ourselves on our young, energetic, and collaborative work culture. We are now looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our expanding team.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, approachable, and able to handle HR responsibilities professionally while maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and schedule interviews for various positions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.

HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
  • Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reports.
  • Draft HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.).

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing team activities, celebrations, and engagement programs.
  • Address basic employee concerns and maintain workplace harmony.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure HR processes adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR operations preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a travel industry setup.
