The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee records, payroll assistance, and HR administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals and referrals
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support onboarding activities (documentation, induction, joining formalities)

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.)
  • Track attendance, leaves, and employee data

3. Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll data preparation
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT – data coordination only)
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts team as required

4. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Support HR communication and internal announcements
  • Handle basic employee queries and escalate when needed

5. Exit & Documentation

  • Support exit formalities and clearance process
  • Maintain resignation and exit records

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of HR processes

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
