Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruitment
• Issue of Appointment Letters & Increment Letters
• Monthly ESIC & PF Challan.

*Master Data updation

* Group Mediclaim updation

• Statutory compliance and Liaison with local & Govt. authorities
• Monthly attendance and payroll processing

* General Admin Works

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Practice of rules/regulations under Shops & Factory’s Act, compliance related to labour laws.

* Two wheeler mandatory

• Preferred: Immediate Joiner

• Practice of rules/regulations under Factory’s Act, compliance related to labour laws.
• Good letter drafting skills .
• Preferred: urgent joiner

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
