Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
• Review resumes and screen applicants based on requirements to ensure a strong candidate pool.
• Coordinate interviews between recruiters, hiring managers, and potential candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening resumes, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Good in English communication
• Basic idea of MS Office
