Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination)Employee onboarding & documentation Payroll support and attendance management Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws) HR records, MIS & reporting Employee engagement and coordination
Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate in HR or related field1–2 years of relevant HR experience Knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance Good communication & coordination skills Proficient in MS Excel & HR documentation
