HR Executive

Position : HR EXECUTIVEN- Experience in Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry only.

Location : Karkhadi , PADRA, Vadodara

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities :-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement with statutory compliance.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction, maintain employee records and HR MIS.
• Prepare and maintain ISO documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage employee exit formalities, including full & final settlement and documentation.
