Key Responsibilities
1.Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
2.Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management
3.Support in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
4.Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and employee engagement activities.
Administration:
1.Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative task
2.Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and staff logistics when quired
3.Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or related field
4.2–6 years of relevant experience in HR and Admin functions.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook G-mail).proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
