Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment and follow through hiring cycles
  • Screen profiles and line up interviews
  • Roll out onboarding and close joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records and keep HR data up to date
  • Track attendance and leave and sync with payroll
  • Draft and issue HR letters, contracts, and confirmations
  • Act as the first point of contact and step in to resolve queries
  • Support appraisals and back performance cycles
  • Promote engagement initiatives and build team morale
  • Ensure policy adherence and stay aligned with compliance norms

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication and people-handling skills
  • Hands-on with HR operations and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office / HRMS tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,255.40 - ₹32,013.27 per month
