Job Description:

The HR Executive is responsible for implementing and managing human resource functions that support. Organizational growth and employee well-being. Their primary objective is to streamline HR processes,enhance employee engagement, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to a productive workenvironment. By overseeing recruitment, training, performance management, and HR administration, the HR Executive helps align the workforce with business goals, fostering a culture of efficiency, motivation, and professional development.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills.
  • Recruitment & Selection of Employees
  • Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make
  • decisions.
  • Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Education : MBA with Specialization in HR/ Any Degree

Age 25-30

Experience Above 1 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
