HR Executive

Job Title: Recruiter / HR Executive
Office Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for jewellery showroom staff (Sales Executives, Store Managers, Cashiers, Back Office, Accountants,etc.)
• Coordinate hiring requirements for all 3 outlets
• Source candidates through:
• Job portals
• Social media
• Local references & walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with showroom managers/owners
• Maintain candidate data and hiring reports
• Manage joining formalities and documentation
• Support basic HR operations like attendance follow-up and employee records

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
