HR Executive – About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in the IT industry. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring positive employee behavior and engagement across the organization.

You will act as a bridge between management and employees, supporting a healthy work culture while ensuring compliance with HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Management

  • Manage and oversee the recruitment team and hiring activities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT candidates
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency

2. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Implement, maintain, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal regulations
  • Communicate HR policies clearly to employees and managers

3. Employee Behavior & Relations

  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Promote positive employee behavior and a healthy organizational culture
  • Support performance management, feedback processes, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities
  • Coordinate with payroll and administration teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes
  • Hands-on experience with HR policies and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage recruiters and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and recruitment tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a small recruitment team
  • Exposure to performance management and employee engagement programs
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
