Urgent Hiring: HR Executive

Location:

• 3 Days – Sakinaka Office (5 mins walk from Metro Station)
• 3 Days – Thane Office

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience)

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years (Mandatory)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Handling HR operations and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity)
• Maintaining employee records, compliance trackers & statutory registers
• Assisting in HR policies, audits & inspections
• Coordination with consultants & government departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in HR / Commerce / Law or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years HR experience is compulsory
• Practical exposure to PF, ESIC & labour compliance
• Good communication & documentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office & HR/compliance portals
