HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive will manage core HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, and compliance-related tasks. The role supports workforce management in a fast-paced inbound call center environment by ensuring accurate records, smooth onboarding processes, and effective coordination with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

Employee Records & HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records on ERP systems.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data management.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports as required.

Employee Documentation & Letters

  • Draft and issue different types of employee letters including offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, salary letters, and other HR-related correspondence.

Compliance & Statutory Work

  • Maintain and update EOBI and SESSI records and related sheets.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for compliance requirements.

Insurance Management

  • Maintain insurance records and sheets.
  • Process and follow up on employee insurance claims.

Employee Administration

  • Process employee bank account opening and ATM card arrangements.
  • Manage employee ID card issuance and updates.

Employee Engagement

  • Conduct CSR-related sessions and support employee engagement initiatives within the call center environment.

Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with HR ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance practices (EOBI, SESSI).
