Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition (International Sales)

Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi.

Experience: 3–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Job Timing: 3 PM-12 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in bulk hiring for international sales roles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, and exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for international sales profiles (US B2B/B2C, etc.)Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor partnerships
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR reporting
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of sales hiring experience, preferably international sales
• Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BBA/ MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
