We’re Hiring | HR Executive

Jamshedpur | Full-Time | Junior–Mid Level

We are looking for an HR Executive (HR Operations Focus) who wants to own HR systems, enforce discipline, maintain data accuracy, and ensure zero-gap alignment between shop-floor reality and system data.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ Own and maintain HR data MIS (Employee Master, Attendance, Leave, Shifts, Payroll Inputs).

 Ensure accurate and timely data for joiners, exits, transfers, promotions, attendance, OT, and leave.

 Verify shop-floor attendance vs Datasheet and close gaps daily.

 Handle day-to-day HR operations & employee queries

 Validate HR data before payroll and coordinate with Accounts for salary accuracy.

 Maintain digital employee records, documents, and verification status.

 Implement HR policies, discipline, and statutory compliance (PF,ESIC).

 Track warnings, disciplinary actions, probation, confirmations, and exits in data

management

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS (headcount, attrition, attendance, OT).

 Support manpower planning and management decisions with HR backed data.

 Ensure data integrity, access control, audit readiness, and HR Data as single source of truth.

 Coordinate with Production, Quality, Admin, and Accounts for real-time manpower and

HR Database updates and overall smooth HR operations.

 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding through different sources of hiring for plant & staff

roles (both on roll & off roll)

 Addressing day to day related employee grievances at factory/office level

 Maintaining harmonious relationship with critical resources of the company and reporting

directly to the Director

 Assist in performance management & employee engagement

 Facilitating Sales team for customer engagement, tracking payments etc from clients of

different SBU’s

 Motivation and retention of resources of the company

 Disciplinary actions preparations, ensuring the same at plant level etc.

Who Should Apply

•⁠ ⁠2–5 years experience in HR core operations (manufacturing preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Working knowledge of labour laws & factory compliance

•⁠ ⁠Strong coordination & communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Excel & HR documentation

•⁠ Willing to work in flexible environment (both factory and office level)

•⁠ Strong HR workflow ownership mindset

•⁠ High accuracy and attention to detail

•⁠ Excel & Google Sheets proficiency

•⁠ Ability to follow and enforce process under pressure

•⁠ Professional handling of shop-floor manpower

•⁠ Data confidentiality and responsibility

•⁠ Ownership, discipline, and execution focus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
