Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service & admin roles
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department managers
  • Manage onboarding, documentation & employee records
  • Maintain attendance, leave & payroll coordination
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years HR experience (Automobile industry preferred)
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Qualification:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Any Degree with HR experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
