Designation: HR & Admin Manager/Executive
Experience : 1 to 4 years
Required Skills
● In Depth knowledge of employee attendance & leave management
● Implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
● Expertise in sourcing potential candidates through various channels - career portals, recruitment sites, job boards & social platforms
● Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
● Understanding of onboarding & Exit process and employee documentation
● Competent in organizing and managing employee engagement programs
● Experience in handling employee queries regarding HR Department & HR Policy
● To create positive image of the company amongst employees and act as interface between Management and staff
● Proficient in Vendor Management, Bills & Utility and office troubleshooting
● Build positive reviews of the company on relevant online platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
