- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from job postings to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand the specific skill set required for various roles within the organization.
- Source candidates from specialized recruitment platforms, automobile industry networks, and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates meet the technical and cultural fit for the company.
- Address employee grievances and concerns, acting as a mediator between management and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure employee engagement initiatives are effectively executed.
- Promote and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Assist in implementing performance management systems and appraisals.
- Monitor the progress of employee goals, conduct performance reviews, and support employees in their professional development.
- Work with department heads to identify areas for employee improvement and training needs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies, particularly focusing on the automobile industry.
- Organize technical and soft skills training sessions for employees, ensuring the workforce remains up-to-date with industry standards.
- Track training progress and evaluate effectiveness to ensure the growth and development of employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations (e.g., safety, environmental, etc.).
- Maintain and update HR records, including contracts, employee data, and leave balances.
- Prepare and submit necessary HR-related reports and audits as required by management.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare programs.
- Promote work-life balance and employee well-being initiatives to increase overall employee satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Assist with any HR administrative tasks, including payroll support, employee documentation, and other related responsibilities.
