  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand the specific skill set required for various roles within the organization.
  • Source candidates from specialized recruitment platforms, automobile industry networks, and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring candidates meet the technical and cultural fit for the company.
  • Address employee grievances and concerns, acting as a mediator between management and staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure employee engagement initiatives are effectively executed.
  • Promote and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist in implementing performance management systems and appraisals.
  • Monitor the progress of employee goals, conduct performance reviews, and support employees in their professional development.
  • Work with department heads to identify areas for employee improvement and training needs.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and competencies, particularly focusing on the automobile industry.
  • Organize technical and soft skills training sessions for employees, ensuring the workforce remains up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Track training progress and evaluate effectiveness to ensure the growth and development of employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry-specific regulations (e.g., safety, environmental, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR records, including contracts, employee data, and leave balances.
  • Prepare and submit necessary HR-related reports and audits as required by management.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare programs.
  • Promote work-life balance and employee well-being initiatives to increase overall employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
  • Assist with any HR administrative tasks, including payroll support, employee documentation, and other related responsibilities.
  • Stay updated on trends and changes in the automobile industry to align HR practices with industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
